What we collect, and what we do with it.

Last updated 2026-05-07. The full policy — with subprocessors, retention windows, and your data-rights — lands before public launch. This stub covers the basics in plain English.

What we collect

To run your nightly job-search agent we need: the email address you sign up with, the answers you give in the 12-minute intake, the resume and writing samples you upload for voice training, and the billing details Stripe collects on our behalf. We also keep a record of which roles the agent surfaced for you and which packages it sent.

What we do with it

One thing: run the agent and email you the results. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketers. We do not train models on your resume or writing samples. The only third parties that touch your data are the infrastructure we have to use to deliver the service — the LLM provider that drafts your packages, Stripe for billing, and the email provider that delivers your morning packet. The full subprocessor list ships with the launch policy.

Your data, your call

Cancel anytime from the dashboard and your account is closed. Ask us to delete your stored resume and writing samples and we will, within seven days. The longer-form policy will spell out export, correction, and deletion rights in detail. If something here is unclear in the meantime, reach out via the contact page.
